Angela Morelock, managing partner of BKD’s Forensics & Valuation Services division, is pleased to announce that Indianapolis Director Bryan Callahan was honored with the 2016 Standing Ovation award by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
“We’re very proud of Bryan’s accomplishment,” Morelock said. “This recognition is another instance of a top BKD professional demonstrating excellence in his work and establishing himself as a trusted advisor in his field.”
The AICPA Standing Ovation program recognized 25 CPAs in 2016 for their contributions in forensic accounting and business valuation. Callahan and other Standing Ovation CPAs were honored in early November at the AICPA Forensic & Valuation Services Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
The program annually recognizes young CPAs in forensic accounting or business valuation. Nominees must have an active CPA license issued by a qualified state accountancy board, be an AICPA member in good standing, hold the Certified in Financial Forensics or Accredited in Business Valuation credential, be 40 years old or younger and exhibit outstanding professional achievement.
